Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter. The promoter is DAYMADE GOODS PTY LTD (ABN 20 700 142 347) of 105 Somerset Street, Richmond VIC 3121 (“DAYMADE”).
  2. Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Persons involved in conducting the promotion, and the management of DAYMADE, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to enter. To enter, individuals must join the DAYMADE waitlist by submitting their name and email address during the competition period. Entry is free. One entry per person.
  4. Competition period. Entries open 12:00pm AEST on 13 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 9 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.
  5. Prize. There is one (1) major prize: a 12-month supply of DAYMADE, being 13 packs (28 serves per pack), valued at $778.70 AUD based on a per-pack retail price of $59.90. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. DAYMADE may substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable.

    5.1 Launch offer (all entrants). Separately to the prize draw, all individuals who join the waitlist during the competition period will receive a $10 AUD account credit, redeemable against a purchase on the DAYMADE store. The credit has no cash value, is single-use, and applies to all orders. This offer is not a prize and is not determined by the draw.

  6. Draw. The winner will be selected by random draw on 10 September 2026 at 5:00pm AEST. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn.
  7. Notification. The winner will be notified by email to the address provided at entry within 2 business days of the draw.
  8. Unclaimed prize and redraw. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the notification email by 24 September 2026. DAYMADE will take all reasonable steps to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize by that date, DAYMADE reserves the right to conduct a redraw on 25 September 2026 to determine a replacement winner, who will be notified and subject to the same claim conditions.
  9. Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with DAYMADE’s Privacy Policy. Entrants consent to DAYMADE using their information to administer the promotion and, where consent is given, for marketing.
  10. General. DAYMADE’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. DAYMADE reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms. To the extent permitted by law, DAYMADE is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize.
  11. Governing law. This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
